With 20+ years of experience as a Human Resources Leader, Jeff has diverse industry experience across Financial Services, Consumer Products, Life Science, and Insurance. Jeff’s agility enables him to connect with leaders at all levels and backgrounds, helping them grow as authentic leaders, navigate career transitions, and lead with greater confidence in dynamic environments. As Talent Development consultant, Jeff has leadership experience designing and delivering enterprise-wide talent programs including executive development, manager effectiveness, and employee career development. He is a first generation American and college graduate, who is very passionate about supporting diversity, equity, inclusion programs as a Leadership Coach both in corporate and non-profit organizations.

Jeff earned his BA in American Studies at Connecticut College and MS in Human Resources Management at Rutgers University. He received his Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from Rutgers Leadership Coaching for Organization Performance program in 2024. Jeff resides in Metuchen, New Jersey and is a proud husband and father of 2 children.
