Rachel Sile is an accomplished Information Technology (IT) professional currently serving as a Senior Advisor in Cybersecurity within the Federal Government as well as a decorated U.S. Marine Corps veteran, combining executive leadership skills with technical expertise in building and managing teams within diverse and demanding environments.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix, a Master of Legal Studies from Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law, and is a Doctorate in Law and Policy candidate at Liberty University. Rachel is also a Certified Government Chief Information Officer (CGCIO) and holds a Master Certificate in Project Leadership and a Certificate in Executive Leadership from Cornell University
