Externship Operations Coordinator

 

Suzanne received her MBA and Master of Sustainability from Chatham University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. As a student, she helped facilitate and support research in corporate sustainability engagement and initiatives, including working on an unpublished manuscript that analyzed waste management practices in Southwestern Pennsylvania that was the foundation for a Materials and Waste Management Resource Guide by the Champions of Sustainability workgroup Materials and Recycling Group within Sustainable Pittsburgh. Additionally, she researched and analyzed university sustainability initiatives. She spent time working with nonprofits including the Jewish Community Center of Greater Pittsburgh, Sustainable Pittsburgh, and Bike Pittsburgh to enhance program efficiency and corporate and community engagement in sustainability and local business initiatives.

Currently serving as the Externship Operations Coordinator at Rutgers University, Suzanne plays a crucial role in managing program operations, facilitating outreach, and coordinating program efforts to enhance student engagement. Her responsibilities include data analytics, course planning, and maintaining effective communication channels within the program.
