Other Opportunities
Discover additional ways to grow beyond the classroom through publications, conferences, and fellowship programs. Students are encouraged to share their research, publish their work, present at professional conferences, and apply for experiential initiatives like the I-Corps Fellowship to expand their academic and professional experience.
Student Publications
Our programs allow students to work on and publish their research and projects they have been working on. We have had many publications from our student projects whether from the externship program or MBS student-affiliated projects. Browse some of the publications we highlighted to get a better understanding of our opportunities for student publications.
Student Conferences
Our students have the opportunity to participate and present at many prestigious conferences around the country. Students can showcase their work to industry & research professionals. These conferences can provide students with access to a great professional network & further escalation of their projects at higher-level conferences and competitions. Learn more about the conferences our students have taken part in and the projects that students presented.
Student Competitions
Our students have the opportunity to compete in various competitions around the country. Similar to conference participation, we host students to take their research projects to showcase & compete with other teams. Learn more about our students that have participated and received awards.
I-Corps Fellowship
The goal of our fellowship program is to encourage students and Post-Docs to participate in an educational experience where they will explore innovation and commercialization processes while participating in an I-Corps Cohort. We hope to expand the pipeline of future innovators through this unique program where Fellows work alongside researchers to help understand customer needs. Selected fellows will receive a fellowship stipend.
