Through the Honors College partnership with the Rutgers Master of Business and Science (MBS) degree, students have the opportunity to participate in the MBS Externship Exchange program, working on an interdisciplinary team of MBS and HC students for 8-10 hours per week to complete corporate-mentor sponsored projects blending science with business. Each project culminates in a final presentation and Q&A session with an audience of fellow MBS Externship participants, faculty, campus partners, and corporate mentors. This is an opportunity for students to gain real world experience while being mentored by an industry leader. This is not employment, but the experience has provided many students with a successful path towards an internship or full time permanent position.
