Externship Exchange Eligibility
The following time requirements for all registered students in the Externship Program are:
- 8-10 hours invested per week
- Attend weekly Leadership Experience Labs
- Attend weekly team meetings with faculty and corporate mentors

Undergraduate Students
The Externship Program is open to students of all majors and runs between 10-14 weeks and has a course structure.
Undergraduate students who are eligible to apply are:
- Undergraduate students from:
- Honors College (HC)
- School of Engineering (SOE)
- School of Engineering Honors Academy
- Douglass College
- Louis Stokes Alliance for Minority Participation (LSAMP)
- Interested students in other undergrad programs
- International students are welcome
Eligibility requirements for undergrad students interested in registering for the program are:
- 3 Credit Course Registration
- Must be a rising Sophomore, Junior, or Senior (not alum)
- 3.0+ GPA
Honors College students may plan to incorporate their MBS Externship Exchange experience as part of a Capstone project, submitting their Capstone proposal prior to the semester they intend to apply to the MBS Externship Exchange program.

Master of Business and Science (MBS) Students
This program was created with all MBS students in mind.
- MBS students in any concentration can apply.
- International students are welcome starting in your first semester.
- Students must have a 3.0 GPA or greater.
You CAN participate even if:
- You are working (full or part time).
- You are a full or part time student.
- You are an online student.
