Our Partners

The MBS Externship Exchange partners with Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, government organizations, small businesses, educational institutions, and more for our students to gain practical experience in a classroom setting. These semester-long, virtual projects include topics such as data analysis, marketing, business strategy, website mock-ups, financial modeling and forecasting, competitor analysis, supply chain analysis, and cybersecurity, along with other areas that align with STEM and business areas.


 Students investigated sustainable packaging solutions for Bayer’s domestic shipping supply chain.


Students conducted research into railroad grade crossing safety solutions, aggregated detection and protection ideas from Europe, Asia, Australia, and the US.


The team conducted research and interviewed industry experts to identify the standards of the food and beverage industry in order to help Ingredion become a more sustainable company.

RU Recreation

Students leveraged data in available reports from the Rutgers Recreation hourly payroll system to examine student employment variables and trends such as employee retention and gap semesters.
