INFORMS Annual Meeting

INFORMS is a professional association of more than 11,000 academics and practitioners in the field of operations research and the management sciences.

The INFORMS Annual Meeting brings together researchers and practitioners from the United States and around the world to share the most current research and applications in the field.

DIMACS is the Center for Discrete Mathematics and Theoretical Computer Science. It was founded in 1989 as an NSF-funded Science and Technology Center (STC) and one of the New Jersey Commission on Science and Technology’s Advanced Technology Centers.

It is headquartered in the CoRE (Computing Research and Education) Building on the Busch Campus of Rutgers University.

DIMACS facilitates research, education, and outreach in discrete mathematics, computer science theory, algorithms, mathematical and statistical methods, and their applications. Our multi-year special focus programs address research themes that require topical expertise in these areas, have potential for societal impact, and are poised for advance. Our education programs include materials development for high school and college classrooms, an extensive summer undergraduate research program, and teacher training programs. DIMACS also leads CCICADA, a center for research relating to homeland security.

IMCIC is one of the innovation competitions organized by Academic International Dialogue (AID Conference) after organizing various national and international conferences since 2016 in Malaysia. It is first introduced in 2021 after several organizations of innovation competitions including ISIC (since 2019) and INNOCOM (since 2020).

This program aims to bring together professionals, academics, researchers, and students (including school students) to showcase their innovation and research through poster presentations and demonstrations of products.

Besides that, IMCIC 2021 also encourages innovations that are related to multidisciplinary and cooperation among different fields.
